How do I take a strip?
Place one strip on your tongue and let it dissolve. That's it. Most formulas are 1 strip per day. The exact directions are on each product page and tin.
How many strips are in a tin?
30 strips. At one a day, that's a month in a tin that fits in your pocket.
Which strip is right for me?
Start with your goal: Sleep & Calm, Energy & Focus, Beauty, Gut & Metabolism or Everyday Wellness. Every product page lists the full ingredients and amount per strip.
How much caffeine is in Energy Strips?
50 mg of caffeine per strip, plus L-theanine and vitamin B12. For comparison, an 8 oz cup of coffee usually has about 80 to 100 mg.
Can I take more than one type of strip a day?
Many people pair formulas, like Energy in the morning and Sleep at night. Check the labels for overlapping ingredients, and talk to your doctor first if you take medication or have a medical condition.
Who shouldn't take Tongue Tonics?
Our strips are for adults 18 and over. They're not for pregnant or nursing women. Talk to your doctor before use if you take medication or have a medical condition. Keep all tins out of reach of children, especially Iron Strips. Don't drive or operate machinery after taking Sleep Strips. Libido Support Strips contain shellfish (oyster).
Are the strips vegan or gluten free?
It depends on the formula. Each product page lists its dietary labels and full ingredients, so check there before you buy.
Where are Tongue Tonics made?
Every tin is made to order by our production partner in the United States and shipped straight to you from the US. We're based in Toronto, Canada.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
We ship within the United States (the 48 contiguous states and DC). Standard shipping is $5.95, free on orders $40+, and express is $12.95. Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. We don't ship to Canada or other countries yet. See our shipping policy.
How does Subscribe & save work?
Choose Subscribe & save on any pack to get 15% off every delivery, plus free shipping. Your pack sets the schedule: 1 tin every month, 2 tins every 2 months or 3 tins every 3 months.
Can I skip, pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes, anytime and with no fees. Log in to your account, open Subscriptions and pick what you want. Make changes before your next billing date so they apply to that order. Details are in our subscription policy.
How does Build your bundle work?
Mix any tins you like: any 2 tins are $59, and 3 or more are $25 a tin. The bundle price is applied automatically in your bag. Bundles are one-time purchases and can't be combined with Subscribe & save. Build yours here.
What if my order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a refund. For lost orders, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. See our refund policy.
Can I return a tin?
Because every tin is made to order and is a consumable health product, we can't accept returns for a change of mind, including opened tins. Damaged, faulty or wrong items are always covered.
Have these products been evaluated by the FDA?
