Welcome to Tongue Tonics. These terms of service ("Terms") apply when you visit tonguetonics.com or buy from us. "We", "us" and "our" mean Tongue Tonics, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. Our products are not for children.

2. our products and your health

Tongue Tonics sells dietary supplements in the form of oral strips. Our products are not medicines.

*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Information on our site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or have a medical condition.
Our products are not for anyone under 18 or for pregnant or nursing women.
Read the label, ingredients and warnings before use, and don't take more than the suggested amount. Some products contain caffeine, iron or ingredients that can cause drowsiness. Follow the warnings on each product page and tin.
Keep out of reach of children. Stop use and talk to a doctor if you have a bad reaction.

Results vary from person to person, and we don't promise any particular result.

3. product information

We try hard to keep product details, ingredients, images and prices accurate. Our products are made by a production partner, and ingredients or packaging may change from time to time. Always check the label on the product you receive. If we find a mistake on our site, we may correct it, and we may cancel any order affected by it and refund you.

4. prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and don't include taxes or shipping, which are shown at checkout.
We can change prices, products and offers at any time. Changes won't affect orders we've already accepted.
You agree that the payment details you give are yours or you're allowed to use them. Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see your full card number.

5. orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, we suspect fraud, there's a pricing error, or the shipping address is outside the areas we ship to. If we cancel, we'll refund anything you paid. We may limit quantities per customer.

7. discounts and bundles

Discounts, bundle prices and promotions apply only as described, can end at any time, and can't be exchanged for cash. Unless stated otherwise, they can't be combined. We may cancel orders that misuse a promotion.

8. your account

You're responsible for keeping your account login safe and for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

9. using our site

Please don't use our site to break the law, copy or resell our content or products without permission, send spam or harmful code, interfere with the site's security, or collect other people's information. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these Terms.

10. reviews and messages you send us

If you send us reviews, comments, ideas or other content, you confirm it's honest and your own, and you let us use, edit and share it in connection with our business. We may remove content that is false, offensive or breaks the law. We don't pay for or invent reviews.

11. our content and trademarks

The Tongue Tonics name, logo, designs, text, photos and other content on our site belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.

12. third-party links and services

Our site may link to or use services run by others, such as Shopify, payment providers and carriers. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.

13. disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, our site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those stated in our policies or required by law. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.

14. limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or any rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.

15. indemnity

You agree to cover any losses or claims against us that result from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our site or products, to the extent the law allows.

16. governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of any mandatory laws of the place where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
